CUBICLE – I was looking for my USB thumb drive earlier, and then all of a sudden I saw my computer’s USB mouse and thought: “Wait, wouldn’t it be so cool if my mouse were also a USB thumb drive?”
Thinking a bit more about it, I think either we can 1. use the mouse as a USB drive, or 2. use wireless USB transceiver as a USB memory stick. So I started looking online to see if some manufacturers have already done it. As suspected, there’s this concept mouse that combines the two into one, but marketing is definitely not doing too well given the technology does exist. Also, Sony has this memory reader mouse that kind of works like my idea, but only for Sony’s cards. Still I think I might still have a business case if both technology and marketing can marry and live happily ever after.
I guess it still comes down to execution. If Snuggie and crocs can take take off, why wouldn’t anything else? :)

great idea, let me copy that and manufacture it in China or Vietnam!
